Phase One – Property Renovation

This New Forest property represents one of the most comprehensive transformations we’ve undertaken a complete reimagining of a substantial family home from the roofline down.

The scope covered a full roof remodel including loft extension, with multiple steel beams installed to support both the new roof structure and the reconfigured ground floor layout, which also saw internal walls removed, four chimneys taken out and the entire space opened up.

The result is a series of beautifully connected spaces, an expansive open plan kitchen, dining and living area, a spiral wine cellar beneath a glass floor, and a brand new top floor entertainment suite complete with pool room and skylight. Every room finished to an exceptional standard, with no detail overlooked.
